(No matter if you’re at the gym, home, or work)


No equipment? No problem.

Limited space? No problem.

Time? You make it.


🔥 LEVEL 1 – AT HOME


Warmup (3 rounds):


30 jumping jacks


20 squats


15 pushups


20 mountain climbers



Workout (Repeat 3–5x):


15 burpees


20 lunges (each leg)


25 crunches


10 pushups


30-second plank


30-second wall sit



Finisher:


25 jumping squats


25 pushups


25 crunches

Repeat for 2 rounds.



Mindset mantra:

💪 LEVEL 2 – IN THE GYM


Warmup (10 minutes):

Treadmill incline walk or jump rope


Workout:


Barbell squat – 4x10


Bench press – 4x8


Deadlift – 4x6


Dumbbell shoulder press – 3x12


Lat pulldown – 3x12


Hanging leg raise – 3x15



Finisher:

Stairmaster – 10 minutes at high intensity


Mindset mantra:


> “There is no comfort in greatness. Sweat now or bleed later.”

⚡ LEVEL 3 – AT WORK OR ON THE GO


Micro Workouts Throughout the Day:


20 squats every bathroom break


10 pushups every hour


2-minute plank during lunch


Stretch between calls



Mantra:


> “No gym needed. Just the will to execute.”
